The RIF’s Chatbot is an automated system designed to answer to questions of the users related to the RIF’s Programmes and to provide them information and assistance.

The Chatbot is currently deployed on a pilot basis. The RIF cannot guarantee the accuracy and/or the completeness of the information provided. The RIF’s Chatbot may, at times, provide information that is inaccurate. Therefore, we encourage you to verify any information provided by the RIF’s Chatbot before taking any action or making any decisions based on the information received and the RIF assumes no responsibility or guarantee for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. RIF’s staff, members of the Board of Directors do not accept any liability regarding the information provided and cannot be held liable for any actions, losses, or damages resulting from the use of the RIF’s Chatbot. The RIF reserves the right to modify, add or delete individual or all Chatbot’s functionalities without notice, or to discontinue it temporarily or permanently.
Data Privacy
Be aware that RIF’s Chatbot conversations may be reviewed by the RIF’s team to improve results. RIF’s Chatbot users will be asked to provide their email for contact purposes, if deemed necessary.
