Webinar “2023 ERC Calls” Monday 27 June 2022, 11:00-13:00
The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) organises a webinar on the upcoming Calls for Proposals of the European Research Council (ERC), in the frame of the 2023 Work Programme, on Monday 27 June, 11:00 – 13:00 (Cyprus time), online, via ZOOM. Following this introductory event, an interactive proposal writing workshop will take place on the 8th of July 2022, with physical presence.
The event aims to inform potential applicants about the ERC grants, in view of the upcoming 2023 Calls for Proposals expected to be announced in July 2022. The 2023 ERC Work Programme is part of HORIZON EUROPE, the EU’s Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, 2021-2027. Presentations will cover the different funding schemes of ERC, the profile of the ERC applicant, the expected characteristics of the proposed project and more. The ERC grants will be presented by Dr Angela Liberatore, Head of the Scientific Department του ERC, while also Prof. Andrzej Jajszczyk, member of the ERC Scientific Council, Chair of the Widening European Participation Working Group, will extent a welcome speech. Additionally, ERC Grantees and Panel Members will share their experience from the proposal preparation, submission and evaluation stage.
