RIF: Chatbot to enhance the partner support experience

Artificial intelligence chatbot that supports partners

 

The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) has launched the Diana Chatbot on its website to assist its partners with their inquiries. It is available in both Greek and English.

The Chatbot will initially be tested on a pilot basis to answer general questions about all of RIF’s programs and processes. It is specifically trained on the open calls “Excellence Hubs” and “Post-doc.” At a later stage, its use will be extended.

This pilot service was developed in collaboration with Ravatar and is an initiative to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence.

The Research and Innovation Foundation encourages the public to take advantage of and use this new communication channel with the Foundation.
